hmm,.interesting u bring this up. I was explaining it to one of my gora friends. I think its bc our language is already so beautiful and deep, its a very poetic and thought out language. Everyword isnt just a word, it has deeply rooted cultural or religous meaning behind it. So when someone says a gali, its pretty harsh, cuz its full of meaning and nastiness. But likewise when sum1 says a beautiful word, it sounds just as beautiful to. Also, it may be bc we r not used to it, it being such a poetic and soft languauge overall, that ne nasty word sounds even nastier than normal. thats my two cents, dont know if u guys disagree, but i do loooove urdu.
