If you follow the Urdu press in Pakistan, they refer to terrorists as “Askariat pasand”. I don’t think it does the job of describing the true meaning of a terrorist.
It is time to change the translation and call a terrorist what he really is! A “Kafir” or a “Munkar”.
Kafir and Munkar is the one who spreads anarchy in the land where peace must prevail. Kafir and Munkar is the one who goes in a crowded place and detonates a bomb with no remorse and not apparent target.
And all those who support terrorism in Pakistan should be called Munafiq. They are the ones who are spreading Nifaq (hostility, anarchy) in the country.

I am not sure but I think the word "Munkar" is derived from the word "Inkar" and means "someone who denies something.
The word **Terrorist **means: A radical who employs terror as a political weapon; usually organizes with other terrorists in small cells; often uses religion as a cover for terrorist activities.
so the term "Askariat pasand" cant be replaced with your suggested words.

"Muslim is the one, whose hands and tongue do not offend other muslims"
