Hi guys,

can anyone help me, I need to translate english text into urdu.

for example Welcome- خوش آمدید

Any help would be much appreciated, my urdu is not very good and the bits that I do know how to translate, I don’t how to type.

Thank you in advance, I reeeeeeeaally need help, and its for a good cause too.

I need to translate:

Look after your heart, so it can look after you!

Are you overweight?

Saima G Purely Urdu will be difficult for the guys to understand so it will be better to use some English words too like i used .....

Apnay Dil Ka Khiyaal RakhaiN, Tou yah bhi aap ka khiyal rakhay Ga
Kia aap wazan mein Ziadti ka Shikar HaiN ?
Kia Aap ko Ziabetus (Sugar) hay Ya aap kay khandaan kay mein say kissi ko hay ?
Kia aap Afshaar-e-Khoon (u can use blood pressure) ka Shikar Hain?
Agar aap ka iss mein kissi aik ka jawab bhi haan hay tou aap hasil kar saktay haiN

  • Mufat Phal aur Sabzian, har haftay apni local Dukan say
  • Mufat Gym (in urdu we say Akhara but most peoples understand Gym very well) key sahoulat jissay aap jitna chaiaN ista’maal kar saktay haiN

I have spelt something wrong, it is supposed to be high blood pressure OR cholestorol.

@Saima g high blood pressure and cholesterol level mostly use in Urdu ...... Do you need it in Urdu fonts ?????
