I requested to have an Urdu to English translator program incorporated to the GS journals to one of the Admin (Azkar) and I was told that he wasn’t aware of any but would consider it…
So please help me out…

I dont think so is there any software which converts Urdu into English, waise I'm not able to read or write Urdu language so i never tried to find out any, Sorry :D.
But as an IT professional according to me therez no software has been launched like this. :)

Actually that is easy. Extract somebody else’s online dictionary (in PHP it’s as simple as fread and preg_grep). Once you have the data, use it anywhere.
Another way is to simply use somebody else’s database (also their query form processing scripts ;)) using PHP CURL
PHP is a trend these days but if you or your friend (who is supporting you) good at some other language like Perl, Python etc then I can help you with those too.

Unfortunately, I have no “friend” who would have the skill and knowledge to do this…
I’m wondering maybe you can help me out then? It seems like you’re very knowledgeable in the field… opened one your links and did not understand anything lol… I am from the healthcare field.. sigh…

No I havent taken out anything. Perhaps it's just that signature is not attached when you use "Quick Reply" box, otherwise there is something wrong with GS software.
