yes urdu word, but was used in literature till few decades back.

Khushwant Singh wrote about lot of ladies. Those who behaved nicely and those who abused him. There is nothing specific about use of Patakha nad shurli in hottest women context by Khushwant Singh (I don't remember), but he was man of few words while describing different types of ladies.

yaar har lafz kee direct translation nahi ho jaatee. This adjective is going to change into an adverb in Urdu. wTH is jinsi aurat and garam aurat

KKF told in a thread that sexy is Shehwat Angez in Urdu and Kamini in Hindi.

The hot food is isteha angez, but we can't say same for Hot woman. can we?
