ab o hawa means the environment, atmosphere.
Normally used as "Tum kuch dinno kay liyaay murree chalay jao - ab o hawa tabdeel ho jaiey gi"

Ya "Shehr ki ab o hawa dhuwaaieN ki wajah say kharab hoti ja rahi hay"
