The problem could have been solved years ago if those harassing the female students had been kicked out of the university.
Anyways, interesting bit.
I used to go to a library in Lahore where a lot of students preparing for Civil Service Examination also used to come and study. I noticed that every few months, the females would be different but same male students kept coming.
Intrigued, I asked one of the guys I made friend with. He said that the females would ‘befriend’ the male students, and then get loads of help from them for their exam preparation. The result: females would pass the exam and males would fail since they didn’t study for their own examinations but spent most of the time ‘helping’ the girls. .
