That is b’coz when we try to answer it in urdu but keeping punjabi in our mind, then we say ‘ho rahi hy’ otherwise ‘ho raha hy’ is seems oky.

Kia Punjabi main ‘dard’ hoti hai? Urdu main ‘takleef’ hoti hai.
