i downloaded this urdu font alkatib 1 smthng. but i dont have the keyboard for it so i cant figure out which letter represents what…

use "Inpage" for easy work
though I dont think so there is aly urdu keyboard layout picture for urdu font support in windows xp

oh... the thing is that i wantd to write something in urdu and incorporate it into this other program (CAD).
and so if i use inpage.. how will i do that?

do you want to use the written stuff as image in CAD or as actual written fonts?
if image then yes Inpage can do it too...
just type what you want in Inpage and export it to image by going to File menu. (Not sure which command under FIle menu as I am not much Urdu editor)
there better to take export of the whole page. it will save it into .gif open it in any image editing software and cut the required text out of it and save it into a new file. The you know better how you want to use it in CAD
