Has anyone ever dealt with them? It´s a real estate company.
They have started a really interesting scheme in Lahore, but before putting my hands on it, I would like to know whether they are reliable or not.
Mian Tahir Javed is the Chairman and Riaz Ahmad Chohan the Chief Executive.
The high number of replies so far (:) ) tells me, that Urban Developers is not really a known organization. So I´ll rest that case.

its new trend hail from UK, a person get up from UK buy or plan to buy some land in Pak with British pounds, and then go for marketing in west for this. profitable business I guess.
so these are not much known in Pak.
most reliable in Pak are real builders, Eden, etc.
and these are overpriced too. anyway good way to deal with the new lot, have some one in pak to contact them and go and see the place they are talking about.
They can be very good, but they certainly are new to people.
so play cautious!
