I don’t know if anyone has tried Urban Decay’s Eyeshadow Primer Potion but it’s realllllly good - eyeshadow doesn’t shift the whole day - even if you just use kohl it keeps it from spreading.
It’s kind of expensive though and it seems to run out quickly… unless… as I discovered, you cut the bottle in half. Yes - take a knife to the con-of-a-bottle. Cut it in half and scoop out the tons of base that you’ll find (to your horror) inside the edges.
I went on google and found out loads of people are doing this - just make sure you put it in an airtight pot.
