ur routine

actually i hv olive colour. but now a days if i sit in AC room or cool then no matter. but whether i go out or in kitchen, or without light(as u know load-shedding), my skin colour become dark or some time reddish. i hv tried olay natural white with spf. so that may be skin not dark but it happens.
What do u think how di care of my skin? do u apply any special save from it? or do i change skin routine or eating habits.? i drink lots of water and milk is must.

Hun if ur gonna go out in the sun u will get a tan so just stay in the shade. Simples !!!

Apply sun cream every hour and use a high SPF

You can find one with any skincare brand especially these days, clinique, la roche posay, etc, look for one that has UVA and UVB protection

personally i use a sunblock of spf 30 at least

reapply if you've been sweating or if you've washed your face

wear a hat !

by the way, why do you drink so much milk ? is that because it's supposed to make your skin tone lighter ? i've heard of a few gals doing that and they drink one liter of milk a day but trust me, it's a misconception and too much milk per day is actually not so good for your health, it has nothing to do with your skin colour :)

dear diet really help u . i take only 2 glass of milk daily. one in the morning and one at night. not exactly before going to bed. i take it at least 2 hours ago before retiring.
can u tell me which one is the best??
moisturizing + sunblock
moisturizing with spf 30 and no need sun block.

if u r from pak..u shud use sunblock or suncreen of at least spf 60..if u hav spf of less than it.u hav to apply it many times a day,,,,,,,,,,

milk duznt help to improve complexion...use aloe vera everyday
