ur first flight that u remember...tell us how it went and how u felt

Re: ur first flight that u remember...tell us how it went and how u felt

My first flight was from Khi to Dammam Saudi Arabia, in 1983, I was 5 at the moment, I do remember quite a few details of that flight. The lovely PIA Jumbo747, the nice food, the very nice aunties giving toys and smiles to see such a cute kid ( yeah I used to be a cute kid) :)...The flight was like 2 and half hours, then we landed in Saudi Arabia the land of desert at the time, now if some see that place, no one actually recognizes it.

FSD to ISD on a foker.
its a plane with fans rather then jet engine.

That flight/take-off was extremely un even. I had to escort my bhabi to her rightful owner(older brother)

I got a free ride yahooooooooo
ally was so narrow I felt air hostess bum on my shoulder every time she passed by.
She brought me things too

Re: ur first flight that u remember...tell us how it went and how u felt

forgot to mention, my brother read this thread.....his first flight was in 1970 at the age of 13 with our cousin. They went from Peshawar to Islamabad in a Fokker and mistakenly hopped on luggage belt and went straight into luggage container! and then PIA staff pulled both of them out. :)

my first flight was from Lahore to London about 11 years back, all i can remember it was too emotional to leave the country and the family first time in my life. since then i flew to difference countries but leaving Lahore is always emotional since then and amazing joy when plane touches the motherland!

it usually happens on flights coming out of Peshawar.. :)... Once my friend noticed that while he was flying from Peshawar, his fellow passenger actually had no idea on how to open a locked seat belt, so he actually stuck his head first into the locked seat belt and somehow manage to pass his body as well. My friend kept on laughing at this innocent moment for years... Some ppl are so innocent in Pakistan.

my first flight was from UK to pakistan, i was 5 years old and have no memory of the flight, but i do recall that we stopped over somewhere, have no idea where, and that we sat in some type of restaurant whilst waiting for our next flight, i remember my dad falling asleep in a chair and my oldest sister taking a photo of him lol. theres photos she took of me and my other sister when we fell asleep too.
