It basically a small epilator. I can't find any independent reviews of it.

Regardless, I'd never use an epilator on my face. In terms of effectiveness, I can't find any info on if it is more effective than other brands such as philips or braun.

and what about that epicare/epistick for your face??? does anyone know if that's any good???

Im not allowed to post links yet, but if you google epicare the first link is for the brand Bellable...that's what Im talking about...seems like an easier way of threading but I wonder if it works?

Epicare works if you can get the hang of it. It basically catches hairs between the coils as you rotate it along your skin and then plucks them out.

Some people just give up as it's easier for them to get threaded. Others who don't have easy access to threading and can get it to work seem to like it. Check out some youtube videos.

this one looks like a gimmick. i won't invest in this one.
