mera aik upper ka daant do chaar din se hil raha hai.
koi mujhe bata sakta hai aisa kyun hai. kya yeh
baby tooth hai.

unless you are 12 (still old for baby teeth), its something else...which upper teeth is it..

^Explain which tooth are you talking about. There are no baby tooth at this age...usually.

I think you have gum or teeth infection.

See a dentist. Keep mouth clean and brush thoroughly. Use floss too. Don't woryy if bleeding occurs when cleaning. Use cold water rinse. Avoid aspirin.

brush day and night and after meals

floss nightime daily

use listerine or salt-water as a rinse

u can also rinse with green tea..it works in keeping gums and teeth in top shape
