Uploading songs from Ipod

okay, so those of you that have an ipod know that you can’t just drag a file from itunes and put it on your desktop. it won’t copy the song.

so i’ve been searching around, and apprently there’s a way that you can do it. i can across this plug-in - it’s called the Winamp IPod plug-in.

now has anyone ever used this? or come across the same problem i have? and if so, what did you do?

hain? Dude I've always copied my songs from the ipod to the computer. I alwayws dragged it in from itunes by creating a folder from the drop down menu -- i think theres an option under FILE and you can export your entire list of songs.

who thinks i m annoying?

here's another one - how do i copy the songs from my ipod to my itunes library?
you can't drag 'em over

I don't comprehend what you're saying but I've always taken songs from my ipod and vice versa by simply dragging them into places. I think you might have some sort of complication that you might be unaware of.

just in case anyone was wondering
i’ve figured out a way to upload the songs. there’s a program you can download called PodUtil, and it allows you to copy the songs onto your PC.
if anyone needs a link to the site..lemme know, and i can send it to you …
