You can upload it either in audio or Voice. Let us know which you prefer so we can move it to the appropriate forum and guide you more.

So I am guessing it's an audio and not in your own voice??

I am moving this to audio forum. You can upload it on imeem and then embed the link here on gs. There is a tutorial in that forum that explains how to post audios. If you still need help let us know.
