Can someone recommend free sites where i can upload vdos to share?
Re: Upload and Share Vdos
got this off :google:
-Not listed in any order-
-
Sharkle](http://www.sharkle.com/) is a full featured site rivalling the big dogs, YouTube and Vidifife, offering just as good features, but topping it off with great Flsah quality. It’s conversion is fast too. It only offers 1Gig of free space, but that is plenty enough. This one gets my award for the best video sharing site.
-
DailyMotion](http://www.dailymotion.com/) is another great candidate offering 3 different ways of uploading your video (unlimited of under 110MB) in addition to the normal “upload from harddrive”:
-
Upload directly from webcam
-
Upload from Mobile Phone
-
Upload by email
Most of the “help” part of the site remains untranslated (French?) but you don’t really need help. This is the only site that transcodes to Quicktime… something I’ve been looking for for a long time. At the moment, however, it does not appear to stream.-
YouTube](http://www.youtube.com/signup.php?referer=FlyingJunk) offers the most features at the moment and unlimited file upload as long as they are under 100mb. Only downside is when video is converted to Flash, its not always the prettiest thing. It’s being updated continuously. Overlooking it’s low quality, it is by far the best community video site.
-
JussPress](http://www.jusspress.com/) is tailored to those sharing video off their photo cameras, webcams, and phone cams. You are open to unlimited uploads but the videos must be under 2 minutes or they’ll get cut off.
-
eVideoShare](http://www.evideoshare.com/) doesn’t offer a proffesional design… but it has all the features one comes to expect from a video sharing site.
-
ClipShack](http://www.clipshack.com/) At the moment, signing up for it’s beta gives you a Free 50MB of video storage (so far there is only a free version. Paid services should be added soon). Compared to other sites, that’s nothing.
-
Vidilife](http://www.vidilife.com/) allows you to upload videos up to a whooping 2Gigs! Streaming video is in WMV which doesn’t give you the best quality.
-
ZippyVideos](http://www.zippyvideos.com/) like Vivilife offers streaming video without converting it to Flash. They convert to WMV which isn’t the best quality either. And their limit is unlimited files of up to 20MB. For simple sharing, ZippyVideos meets expectations.
-
Boltfolio](http://www.boltfolio.com/) is not limited to video, supporting images, audio, and blogs as well. A multimedia sharing community portal created by Bolt targeted mainly at young people. This is the first video site I have come across that actually feels like Flickr. It features the same easy system of tagging, commenting, and editing content info. It’s even got a monthly upload limit (100MB).
-
**–Additional (not had time to review)–** **CastPost**](http://www.castpost.com/) **vSocial**](http://www.vsocial.com/) **Blip.tv**](http://www.blip.tv/) < - Geared for vloggers really **Google Video**](http://www.video.google.com/) (Might as well add it, even tho it doesn’t offer quite the same feel. **Lulop2**](http://lulop2.sourceforge.net/)(interesting, open source project to create your own Video Sharing website.) **vMix**](http://www.vmix.com/) **Flukiest**](http://www.flukiest.com/) [www.yashi.com](http://www.yashi.com/) [www.varsityTV.com](http://www.varsitytv.com/)
PixParty - Video & Pics.
FreeVideoBlog - Not a big community or as flexible as https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=**Vobbo**](http://www.vobbo.com/) - actually a social site with video capablities.
