Bhai saab, get your facts straight. I assume by “congrates thread”, you mean congratz on achieving certain number of posts? Read the sticky “Policies of cafe”. Nowhere does it say you can’t open a congratz thread. You can only open them for certain milestones, unlike before where we used to open them for 11, 12, 13, 14 etc.

i've heard some convict from brisbane is running loose on GS these days. He's said to be a good manipulator and likes to create problems for the members of gupistan. He was last seen in Cafe where he supposedly tried to create a misunderstanding among guppies with the help of his mischievous traits. This person is dangerous, I repeat dangerous. For this reason, I advise all the guppies not to take the law of gupshup in their hands and if you spot him, kindly report to any one of the moderators. Your safety comes first, so please be careful.
Hopefully, soon he'll be caught and will be returned back to his cell where he truly belongs.
