any suggestions for new designers in lahore who are work with in smaller budgets . im looking for designers who are new in the feild and do not charge an arm and a leg yet their work is at close to stalwarts like elan,bunto kazmi ,faraz manan etc .
if anyone of you have personal experience with thm plz do share

We have a wedding in family and the budget is quite low according to pakistan's standard...Just 70k
