Pakistan is going through a very important period in its history and over the next few weeks people will have a chance to choose the government of their choice. We at GS have always believed in our members freely exchanging their views. However when the views expressed cross certain limits or broke our posting rules warnings were given and certain members posting rights were revoked.
We are lifting the ban on such members in order that they can fully participate in the debate and contribute actively in the discussion here.
However, we expect them to engage in positive and fruitful discussion instead of indulging in flaming and personal attacks and complaining about the mods being biased. The mod team is neutral and do their utmost to maintain a decent decorum. We have been accused by both pro and anti musharraf people of being biased. That in itself proves that we are acting in a neutral manner. Hats off to the mods of PA, Messrs Haris, Mad scientist, Ravage and Flame of Life for their efforts in keeping the place and discussion civil.
In recent days I have noticed that both sides have indulged in wishing death to their opponents. We do not tolerate such views and anyone expressing such views against any public figure will be banned.
Lets have a robust and lively but constructive discussion.
I am unbanning number of members who were primarily banned because of them breaking rules in PA. If I missed anyone can he/she please PM me.
