I would reply to you with an indepth answer, but the second part of your post made me think about all the time I’d be wasting trying to answer you. So I will instead post a shorter answer, and perhaps run into you here and there and we’ll have our lil chit chats. But I assure you I am not even going to bother trying to educate you on anything.

I support ideologies which do not oppress other people, which do not infringe on the rights of others. Ideologies that have goals and are honourable. I don’t support people who make movements out of fear, or greed. Movements to please other people.

Taliban was a students movement out of Afghanistan. Bajour does not contain a majority of Taliban. What the Pak Army is doing there, will not effect, or destroy the movement known as Taliban. Pakistan recognized the Taliban as a legitimate government. The west did not.

Taliban’s are pro-Wahhabi Sunni Islamist, predominately Pashtun fundamentalist religious and political movement, funded & created by ISI & CIA with matching funds from Saudia & USA, this is history and no one can change it.

1. The Taliban implemented one of the “strictest interpretation of Sharia law ever seen in the Muslim world” including the complete ban of education for girls… err…actually it wasn’t even real sharia, their ideology is basically a innovative form of sharia combining Pashtun tribal codes.

2. Taliban do not consider Shias to be Muslims. The Taliban also declared the Hazara ethnic group, which totaled almost 10% of Afghanistan’s population, “not Muslims.”

3. They didn’t hold elections and they explain their ideology as follows:

The Sharia does not allow politics or political parties. That is why we give no salaries to officials or soldiers, just food, clothes, shoes and weapons. We want to live a life like the Prophet lived 1400 years ago and jihad is our right. We want to recreate the time of the Prophet and we are only carrying out what the Afghan people have wanted for the past 14 years*

4. They ban everything which they seem right according to their tribal code (Islam has nothing to do with it) for ex. Women Education & Employment, Shaving, Television, Music, Movies, Dancing, hanging, pictures in home.

5. Treatment of Women
   Women in particular were targets of the Taliban’s restrictions. They were prohibited from working; from wearing clothing regarded as “stimulating and attractive,” including the “Iranian chador,” (viewed as insufficiently complete in its covering); from taking a taxi without a “close male relative”; washing clothes in streams; or having their measurements taken by tailors.

Women were made to wear the burqa, a traditional dress covering the entire body except for a small screen to see out of. Taliban restrictions became more severe after they took control of the capital. In February 1998, religious police forced all women off the streets of Kabul and issued new regulations ordering “householders to blacken their windows, so women would not be visible from the outside.”

After 911, WMDs were supposedly being developed in Iraq, and Taliban were hiding Osama bin Laden.

The reason I bring these two points up, is because people tend to forget. No one has the answer thus far.

Anyways, the new focus is this “taliban” threat to Pakistan. As if Pakistani Army picks potatoes in a field and cant’ do much about it.

Don’t worry, If ISI/CIA can create them from unknown sperm, they can wipe their DNA too.

Let me tell you something. Chitral was cleaned out by the Pakistani Army, and US bases were removed. I commend the army for that. They had no business being there.

This is a news to me, please back it with some source. As far as i know their is only two major tribe exist their and that is Kalaash & Khow.

As for this front against the “taliban threat” in the north, trust me, I Pak Army if wanted can remove Taliban from that area, however they cannot eliminate the Taliban.

This is all on a premise that Taliban actually ARE a threat to Pakistan’s sovereignty.

Pakistan is currently losing its strength as a military might in the region, by going to war with itself.

I don’t consider Taliban a military threat, but a idealogical one, which must be defeated at all cost. Thankfully, their is consensus among Establishment of Pakistan on this regards, and the great thing is total mindset change happened in People of Pakistan after they watch the atrocities of Taliban’s/Extremists and failure of peace deals.

FYI: Pakistan is not losing anything, we haven’t fully went against this menace until last week, as crucial public support is now available. All the religious/Political leaders are coming against them. A total turn around happened, and hope of optimism is mounting.

Most of the FATA area is cleared out, FC defeated the Taliban menace in Bajour and now moving towards Swat, from the lower south Pak Army is moving upwards to crush the thugs/killers in Mengora.

The problem is how people on this forum are cheering that on.

Because Our Nation is at war, our security services are laying life’s so we can sleep at night. So women of Pakistan don’t have to threatened by Beard Monkeys, so the children of Pakistan can go to schools freely.

That’s why they are fighting and people of Pakistan fully support them.
