I had this friend staying at my house, she was driving me crazy! I was feeling guilty if I would refuse her my friendship.
I’ve known her for many years. She always stays with me for months and then leaves again. It was difficult to tell her she couldn’t do that anymore, because I can’t handle this anymore. And now she’s gone finally, my children and I are so relieved. I can’t believe I finally did it. Wow! I’m so happy!
She had some problems, so I felt very guilty to finally tell her that. But I just couldn’t handle her anymore. She looks a lot like me, she caused many misunderstandings for me. Life is difficult with her. I just had to choose for my children and me, even though I feel sorry for her because of her problems. I’m so happy I had the courage to ask her not to stay here again next time!
notorious - you have a kind heart, apparently. If I have issues with someone, or if someone is being a nuisance, I normally prefer to blurt it out. Doesnt make my any popular I admit, but makes my life a lot easier.
There is a limit to everything. I had to do that to someone who I invited to come and live with me under the notion that he is under the spell of bad luck , but I found out that it was not his bad luck he had problems , it was his addiction to alcohol which was the root of all his problems.
So yes you did the right thing at the right time.
