Yeah.. I think Aysha Isabelle, Aliyah Isabelle or even Arya Isabelle flow better and sound a little more formal than simply Bella so those are the new considerations.. Ayşe is lovely (though I’m not a fan of Turksh names in general, many sound a little ‘blunt’ to me) but English people would never get their heads around the fact it’s ‘Aysha’ without an ‘sh’ in there for them to see.. I sometimes wonder what happens to all the Ayşes who end up coming to live in England, do they end up changing the spelling or go thru life just being called ‘Ace’ or ‘Ice’..
Also, can you give two siblings the same middle name? Is that weird?
