The Nikah Namah as is has some very unclear language and to be quite honest…its not in a woman’s favor. In court, unless its explicit and the attorney you have is someone who can put up a real fight…its useless for the woman. And let’s face it…how much weight do you think your local Imam has in these situations?

One more thing…when you’re in a bad marriage…it doesn’t matter if its Khula or Talaq.
