Some people are nuisance in workplace, they come in all colours and races, however, i have seen that if such a person happens to be an unmarried female above 30, the behavior is always blamed on not being married.

Its very possible. If she's unhappy with her social life, that is. Unmarried older men can be the same way if they're not getting laid once in a while.
