just hang up because he just wants an audience...don't be that audience...report to your fone company and have your number changed if annoyance persists. :)

What I usually do is ask "who are you" . if he still not answer my qs and repeat the same qs , I just hung up .

i always ask ‘who are you trying to reach’? they end up hanging up or saying sorry wrong number.. reminds me of last month my baby brother called me from his ipod app

me: hello
bro: hey is ali at your house
me: no sorry you got the wrong number
bro: no no i got the right number
me: you clearly don’t have the right number since no ali lives here (hung up)

he then called on my house phone and said 'i was asking if ‘ami’ is at your house

I do hang up if they keep repeating same question…But today It was some stupid and said I got SMS from your number…Did I really sent it to his number?

I ask "who are you?" then just say "you have the wrong number" and hang up.

I work for the local government so when we call people, our number comes up as private/unknown. If people don't pick up they could miss a chance of being assisted (cos I work with homeless people and find them somewhere to live), so sometimes people don't purposely call on a private number
