I’ve been accepted to Business school and i was looking thru the orientation calendar and there is a semi-formal planned. what do I wear at a semi-formal that is not revealing but is still cool? I’m sure the majority of the girls there will be wearing short black dresses. if anyone can post pics of suggested outfits would really appreciate it.

I don't know where you live but if you're in the UK pay Coast a visit I bought a black knee length dress from there, it had white straps and fitted perfectly. If you would like to wear a full length dress i'm pretty sure you could find them at Monsoon, Coast, Debenhams, you just have to go out there and look :)
Am in NYC - would prefer something that covers my legs fully. would like a dress/dress like shirt with leggings look too casual for a semi formal? Or would black pants with a nice top work?
