which one goes well for career vise ?

I hope someone local is able to help with this query, I have no idea about the reputation of each of the two uni's you mentioned , but I have heard good things about students going to comsats

I think University of Lahore

But Comsats is good too but expensive because its private but its better to ask students from there

I have some friends from both unis though

arnt govt universities or even semi govt uni's considered much better in reputation than the private ones in Pakistan?

Yes they are better because they have better professors and reputation than the private ones

Not sure about University of Lahore, but I am from COMSATS (Abbottabad campus) and I can tell you it's an excellent university.
