With the uni fees going higher upto £9000 in the UK … are students from Pakistan getting affected ? or have the priorities of taking education abroad changed in anyway?

Whoever I have spoken to these days seem to be saying that they are now looking for courses that fit their budget rather then them taking courses that will advance their previous educational degree 
thats most certainly quite worrying …
