Universities in the Middle East and Pakistan/India

X is a Canadian citizen and looking to go to university in the middle east, Pakistan or India. What are the best universities for undergrad in business, finance etc, international relations, and social sciences? How do degrees from these universities compare to western institutions? How easy or hard is it to get a job in the US or another western country with a degree from these universities? Will X face a lot of difficulty when going for Masters in a university in, say, the States?

Re: universities in the middle east, what kind of people go to them? Like what ethnic group etc make up the student body?

What’s the best university in terms of student life and future opportunities?

Are universities in India and Pakistan better than those in the Middle East?

Anybody who has done their undergrad in business or finance from a university in Pakistan or the middle east please pm me.

Thanks.

The Universities in Middle East are not only costly, but are sub-standard and lack international recognition too. American University of Dubai and Sharjah are among the better ones, U of Wollongong also has a campus in Dubai (a very small one). India is way better among them but I think thats only in the Technology fields. There is a new university coming up in Abu Dhabi, The Abu Dhabi University which is promising a lot, but I am not quite sure about it. I really dont know much about universities outside UAE.

These links might help…
American University of Dubai
American University of Sharjah
Abu Dhabi University

LUMS, NUST, GIKi, IBA, NED, SZABIST, FAST etc...

India -> I am sure some indian here can throw some good names...
