What's a Pakistani name as opposed to an Islamic name????????????????????????????
Re: unisex pakistani/islamic names...
TalHa and Mobeen are boy's names. the rest are indeed unisex names but i fail to understand why parents name their children Naseem and shameem and like names when their feminine versions are available like Naseema, Shamima.
btw, it's Mobeena for girl's and NOT Mobeen :)
We went to a wedding the brides name was talha, and I had a friend girl friend named mobeen lol. I have an uncle named Mumtaz...

I don't know I just was thinking along the lines that the different name would be recognized in the Muslim world and the others maybe only specific to the subcontinent. names like parveen might only be pakistani? while a name like Hira might be popular throughout the middle east.
