Hey guys, first time on the Parenting side of gupshup!
We recently found out we’re having a baby boy and I need names!
I really like the unique/different/not so common names and i’d love to hear all your suggestions!
So far my list looks something like this:

I love the name Zayn these days…a friend had a baby boy a week before me and she name him Zayn. Beautiful bacha Mashallah.
I also like Mikail but the pronunciation just complicates things 
Aariz is nice. Zidan not sure about.
I recently heard the name Raed but not sure how its pronounced so that’s an idea.

I think it's pronounced Ra-yid. I've seen it spelt Rayyid too. I also love Rohaan and Rohail.
My kid's middle name is Zidane. I take full credit for this name becoming popular haha :P
I love Mikyle too. And Aariz.

My friend named her baby boy ILHAN which I thought was cute. I can't remember the meaning but it is a good meaning too...google it!)

Zidane is cool, reminds me of the head butt soccer player. Are there websites that have an extensive islamic name list?? I need more girl name ideas, boy name I know what it will be for sure if it's a boy. But need more girl ideas.

Hamdan... One of my favorite names for baby boys..but can't use it if god willing i have a son...it will rhyme with my husband's name :-p

I named my baby boy Saladin but we call him Deen at home. His Dadi and some family members also call him Salah.

I like the name Mustaqim. It has a great meaning too - straight or correct. As in Sirat-Al-Mustaqim

Recently came across the name Nael (pronounced like river nile) arabic, Muslim boys name.. It means one who is fruitful..successful..Also came across meanings like courageous

Friend's name is Subaya. I found that to be really unique, never heard it before.
