What the heck do you do with a whiner who thinks no one is caring about their health when all they do is stuff their mouths with food, or smoke, or drink a lot and then they say, oh I only eat 2 meals a day, or well i only smoke 2 cig’s a day or so, or they’re in denial they have a drinking problem. And they say “I can’t find any good answers for why I feel so crappy”. “Doctors dont want to talk to me”. “Doctors don’t know what’s going on with me”.

I mean what is with people these days not accepting responsibility for their health???
Try to lose weight. Try to quit smoking. Try to not drink too much. In fact, best to stay away from it completely. Eat small portions of food. Don’t eat oily/sugary foods TOO much. And exercise.
Oh and exercise. Oh wow. It’s like people walk around in the mall and they think that’s exercise.
