I dont know of one that would do so via email. There are some law forums online where they give u basic advice and what your rights are on different issues. I will try to dig them up, but go take a look and search for law advice forums on google.

CAIR may have some resources.
Before spending money on law firms, try going to the Ministry of Labour or the Better Business Bureau. They'll give you a good plan of action.
