uneven arms

I have some definition in both my arms but recently have noticed that my arms (overall) are a bit uneven. My right arms looks more defined then my left arm.

What can I do to even them out?

hahaaa. that s funniest weirdest thing iv heard. mayb its just ur imagination deaar.

Re: uneven arms

soni its not weird.
every looked at tennis players forearm?
my left arm is stronger/faster then right arm.

its Very common in athletes.

Re: uneven arms

Nothing to worry about. One of the side of body is always stronger/defined than the other one. It's normal. What you can do is start using free weights.. if its arms , then it shudnt be a problem, just do some extra sets(whatever exercises you do for ur arms)... on the arm u feel is uneven, and concentrate on proper technique of the exercise.

ps: which part of arm are you talking about here?.. forearms, biceps brachii, tricep brachii, brachialis, forearms (brachioradialis)?

Good suggestion, FrozenFire. This will definitely help in shaping both arms as equal. On one of my hands, the entire definition from my elbow to the shoulder is less than the other hand (biceps + triceps included) and I always do the sets equal on both arms, thinking I don't want to outgrow one or have it big while the other stays the same. It is kind of a slow progress in the beginning but it gets better. I am on the same path as Angel Eyes on the uneven arms issue.

soni....like knockout said....it's quite common among people that strength train and among athletes because one arm is often more stronger then the other.

so basically I'm isolating the muscles in my left arm? ok thanks....will do that.

mostly the biceps and triceps....the rest seem to be ok.

exactly what I had been doing as well.

Your dominant hand/arm is always stronger/more defined. Nothing to worry about.
