i wax my underarms but recently 3,4 times i use cream and then again i wentt for wax…because of creame hairs get quite thick so now i have so many ingrown hairs..quite itching and irriating…having smal small dane as well
what should i do now..

Continue waxing even wen the hair is tiny in length. it will hurt less & after a couple of times the growth will b normal or low.

See a dermatologist first and foremost to treat the rash (I'm assuming that's what you meant by 'small daane') you might have, but for ingrown hairs I like to moisturize and exfoliate the area (I find Amlactin Lotion works well).
