to be in the under 19 team u need to pay alot of money i know that from experiance i had been selected a couple years ago but then this guy who knew this cricketer had gone forward

Not really. Yes some rotten selectors are there who take bribes and stuff like that. But I didnt face any major hurdles in under 19 until I had to choose between studies and cricket.
