undelete a blog entry

Is there a way to undelete a blog entry?

If you had soft deleted it, then, you can always undelete it as far as I know.

If it was physically deleted by an Admin, then, I am afraid it can not be brought back.

I believe it's just a soft delete as I'm able to access it. So how does one actually "undelete" a blog entry? I'm looking through the options but I can't figure it out.
