ONLY QUESTIONS – NO ANSWERS PLEASE IN THIS THREAD
This forum is working successfully since many years. Many people came and many left. Some are regular visitors and some visit its occasionally depending on their schedule. Thousands of questions were asked and answered. People tried their level best to answer those questions. But sometime it is found that they could not answer.
The purpose of this thread is not to get or find the answers to any query but to collect/compile all those questions which you feel personally that those were never answered satisfactorily.
Following is the policy of this thread.
(1) You will be honest.
(2) Questions can be from any category; regardless of different sects and school of thought in Islam as well as other religions. Make sure those questions will not be answered by anybody in this thread.
(3) The question should not be like these: Which Came First, The Chicken or The Egg? OR God either can or can not create a stone so heavy that even God cannot lift it.
**(4) Each member will begin by posting at least one question which was asked to him but he himself or anybody else could not answer.
(5) Then you will post that/those questions which you asked to other but never got appropriate answers; (appropriate; which you personally feel like)**
(6) No body will answer those questions in this thread. If somebody answers; Admin is requested to delete that post from the thread.
(7) If you find inactive member’s question that was not answer; you can post that question too.
(8) However you can open a new thread to answer that unanswered question provided you follow the rules and regulations written in Moratorium for the forum.
(9) No Dialogues and No debate; Just questions; if you don’t like to participate; just ignore.
The following is the question I could not answer yet.
Writing answer to this question in a new thread would break the rules and regulations defined in Moratorium. However question is still there.

Question: First you define the Sahaba as per Sunni belief, give their total number; how many were they?. and segregate them from hypocrites after the life of Prophet Muhammad(PBUH) then i will tell you. Who were the hypocrites? Make sure each and every one must fulfill the defined criteria.
Please read the first post of this thread and consider the following point esp. :

My question is that when Prophet Mohummad (PBUH) said in Khitbah-e-Haj-ul-Widda that Ali (a.s) will be His Naib and Khillafah of umat-e-Muslimeen than why Hazrat Abu Bakr wasmade the caliph. I hope this post would not be catogrized as sectarion or rioting.
My question is regarding Slavery in Islam. I found this verse a bit confusing.
Sura 4 (The Women), Verse 92.
4.92: And it does not behoove a believer to kill a believer except by mistake, and whoever kills a believer by mistake, he should free a believing slave, and blood-money should be paid to his people unless they remit it as alms; but if he be from a tribe hostile to you and he is a believer, the freeing of a believing slave (suffices), and if he is from a tribe between whom and you there is a covenant, the blood-money should be paid to his people along with the freeing of a believing slave; but he who cannot find (a slave) should fast for two months successively:
This verse has been adduced by Muslim apologists who claim that Muhammad urged the general freeing of slaves. This is certainly not the case. What this verse tells is that manslaughter (killing by mistake) of a Muslim (presumably by another Muslim) could be paid for by freeing one slave for each act of manslaughter. The freeing of the slave is a kind of penalty imposed on the offending Muslim for his act of manslaughter. It could be compared to imposing a fine on the person. Slaves are seen as a kind of legal tender - instead of being fined for the misdemeanor the offender is forced to free a slave. Surely this is a far cry from a requirement that slaves should be freed as a general principle.
To free a slave the person concerned must own slaves; this Sura therefore assumed implicitly that slavery is permitted in the Koran. There are some peculiarities that deserve notice. It is only a "believing slave" (i.e a slave who is a Muslim) that can be freed. A non-Muslim slave does not have even this route of escape from slavery. This verse is laying down penalties for killing, not trying to free slaves.
Question Was asked to: All people who offer tarawih in Mosque
Thread Name: Hadiths About Taraawih In Ramadan
Posted: 10-24-2004 04:13 PM
Question: if Rasul (saww) orders us to pray these salats at home and Allah (swt) orders us to obay his Rasul (saww) then why we muslim (who claim to follow the sunnah of Rasul (saww)) go to mosque and offer Tarawih there??
My question is regarding Shi-ites (please be careful how you pronounce that)... why are they so insecure about their sect that every thread is either propping up Ali - may Allah be well pleased with him - or attacking the beloved companions of Allah's Messenger (saw) such as his wives, Abu Bakr etc.? And why is it whenever you go to hajj Shi-ites seem to find nothing better to do than lining the streets moaning and wailing and screaming and generally acting so miserable?
If i could answer these questions according to inuits rules, i would, but my long sought question is...why do certain guppies think shias are insecure whereas they cannae tolerate the opinions of others themselves? Do they know the meaning of insecurity like?' A classic case of pot calling kettle black dont you think?
sigh if only this thread was for answers aswell, i wouldnt have to put question marks after everything.
^ It's because i've met shia in real life that such a question can arise. The last one i recall meeting was spewing such venomous insults against one of the Prophet's (saw) companions that his friends had to physically hold him back... he looked absolutely pathetic, like a rabid dog. Hopefully shi-ites will one day overcome this hatred within themselves.
Presuming you (or your mates) werent being as provocative and insulting as your original post of course; then that guy obviously has a serious problem, insecurity probably one of them. However, not many people present themselves as a rabid dog for the sake of acting like one...do u get the drift?
ps- If shias werent tolerant, they wouldnae have existed today. Believe me, if wahabis were half as tolerant, there wouldnae be this sunni-shia issue in the first place. Also, 'shia' is the correct phrase.
^ I was a bystander... his Shiite venom was directed at some other poor guy... hating the Prophet's (saw) companions and tolerance rarely go hand in hand...
If we look at list of martyers of Karbala.. we find following names.. 2 of Hazrat Ali (RA) sons were named Abu Bakr and Othman and they died at Karbala along with Harat Imam Hussain (RA)..
Abu-Bakr ibne Ali ibne Abi Taleb
Othman bin Ali ibne Abi Taleb (brother of Hazrat Abbas)
Omar bin Janada-e-Ansari
And Harat Ali(RA) named them after Hazrat Abu Bakr (RA) was selected Caliph and he also did bayt at Hazrat Abu Bakr (RA) hands.. why do shia brothers dont name their kids Abu-Bakr, Othman and Umer following Hazrat Ali (RA)? Whom they are following if they are not following Hazrat Ali (RA)... some Fatmid hate-monger?
