Unable to Eat...

I’m in the exact same boat pinks and its driving me nuts! In fact, I even threw up watermelon (how is that possible, its 90% water?!)!

Anyways, as a rule of thumb, keep some saltine crackers near your bedside…for me its the worst when I wake up or havent eaten in a while cause thats when your blood sugar gets low. Saltine crackers are a pretty standard thing recommended for nausea cause they soak up the extra bile in your stomach…for me, most of the time I throw up, its not actual food but stomach acid so the crackers help.

Whoever mentioned yogurt is right…I dont get nauseous from that and also, fat free yogurt with active bacteria (like Activia) may help you lose weight after the pregnancy. I saw a tv report on it once specifically for pregnancy but here’s a link about the connection: Yogurt May Help Burn Fat, Promote Weight Loss

What I try to do is sneak in stuff that’s good for me WITH the saltine crackers, like V8 juice.

I havent been able to eat most meat dishes, although haleem and soups havent been a problem. I always keep cheese cubes, raspberries, strawberries, watermelon and yogurt in the fridge.
