I tried apples, but its no help, used to like yogurt but not anymore

I try snacking on Lays “Masala” chips, it sort of helps… but i’m not doing my body any favours with them.

I cant wait for this phase to be over, i want cravings and i want ppl to cater to 'em

I’m eating a lot of rock melon, its the one thing i can eat not get sick (most of the time)

i’ll force myself more, lassi is a good idea btw.

Also, i found that since my stomach is empty most of the time, citrus fruits/ orange juice and the like caused acidity, so i’m avoinding it now.

i ate cantaloupe a lot! and i was having trouble drinking water so craved juicy fruits like melons.
