Whether the Admins and the Mods post messages or not the guppies continue to do so.....it doesn't stop them at all. Therefore, why should it stop guppies from posting their own pics just because Admins and Mods haven't?

You'll need to post a better reason than that. And buddy, don't even try the mob-mentality tactic......guppies are too small to fall for that.
