A 3 ft 10 inch Frenchman who wished to capitalize on his unique physical dimensions by donning a little crash helmet and padded clothing petitioned the U.N. Human Rights Committee to find the French Court prohibition depriving him of employment a violation of his civil rights.
Incredibly, the UN Committee upheld the French Court and the poor little Frenchman is now destined to remain not only little forever, but also poor.
