http://english.aljazeera.net Al Jazeera in English
www.iviews.com Islamic Views.
www.islamonline.net Islamic News, Views and Fatwas -
An excellent Website.
http://weekly.ahram.org.eg/ The Egyptian Semi-Government
Newspaper where Edward Said writes every week. I don’t think Edward
Said publishes weekly anywhere in the U.S. where he resides - a real
pity.

http://www.independent.co.uk/ (The UK Independent - a British
“Opposition” Newspaper where Robert Fisk writes quite frequently)

http://www.arabnews.com/ (Saudi Newspaper in English)
http://www.metimes.com (Middle East Times)
http://www.middleeast.org/ (Middle East Realities - based
in Washington DC).

http://www.muslimnews.co.uk/ (Muslim News)
http://www.soundvision.com/ (Sound Vision - started as a media library with a small coverage of news)

(Hamas from Palestine)
http://www.al-bab.com/arab/background/hizbullah.htm
(Hizbollah’s Website)
http://almashriq.hiof.no/lebanon/300/320/324/324.2/hizballah/ (Another
Hizbollah Website. Their official website and Al-Manar TV station is
rarely accessible and I think is probably blocked)

Must be factual sources since their Muslim, is that the logic here?

I am sure as far as you are concerned these sources are not to be trusted because they are Muslim.

If you want to find news from a certain country this site has links to english language newspaper sites from around the world:

Al Jazeera website

For those who’re not aware

Thanks for posting alternative news sources other than CNN and Fox.

Was apalled by CNN this morning. Cut off the speech of one of Iraqi heads of state, Ramadan I think his name is.

They also cut off the live reporter from Jordan doing commentary twice.

Was pretty important news and deserved proper attention on both sides of the ocean.

CNN had a photo on their website of a captured Iraqi labeled as "exclusive coverage."

Completely Irresponsible reporting in my view.

Some of these vultures really need to recall that they are supposed to be reporting facts objectively and stop reporting the barbarity of war as an exclusive scoop!

I think the way news anchors conduct themselves is percieved by many as a reflection of people from that country. They have a grave responsibility to report fairly and objectively.
