the UN never indicted Saddam for gassing the Kurds and massacreing the shia. why should we expect the UN to do it's job now? It is a useless organization at this point and should be disbanded.

Agreed lets disband it. Whoops no. The US wants the UN to set up another Tribunal and use the ICC to intervene. It is out-dated but hey lets use it anyway says the US govt.

Hey isn’t it ironic? The US stalled on the ICC for 2 years now. Yet now they want to use it in Dafur. Talk about idiots.
