So the responsibility actually goes to Punjab government of that time.C.M. of Punjab was also nominated by Benazir. Calling the UN report a bunch of bull-$hit is an insult to bull-$hit itself.
Since the report, the PPP govt has suspended 8 officials who were highlighted in the UN report as being responsible for the lapse in security, including the then CPO. Funny thing is, that the UN report also blamed Benazir's personal security managers, which included Rehman the chor Malik, and they havent even been mentioned, let alone suspended.

You are on right track. You can tell more because you belong to Pindi and You are the proper man to tell others more about this.
