** پھر قیاس و اجتہاد کے ذریعہ ایسے شہداء کو بھی ان سے ملحق کیا جاسکتا ہے جو اگرچہ احادیث میں صراحتاً نہیں آئے، مگر حدیث کے اشارات سے نکالے جاسکتے ہیں، مثلاً فرمایا: “جو اپنے حق کی مدافعت کرتا ہوا مارا جائے وہ شہید ہے” اب یہ عام ہے جو تمام حقوق کو شامل ہے، لہٰذا جو شخص مادرِ وطن کی حفاظت کرتا ہوا مارا جائے وہ شہید ہوگا، جو ظلم و عدوان کا مقابلہ کرتے ہوئے مارا جائے وہ شہید ہوگا، الغرض جو مسلمان اپنی جان کی، اپنے اہل و عیال کی، اپنی عزّت کی، اپنے مال کی، اپنے وطن کی، سرزمینِ اسلام کے وقار کی اور مسلمانوں کی عزّت و قوّت کی حفاظت کرتا ہوا مارا جائے وہ حسبِ درجہ شہید کا مرتبہ پائے گا، بشرطیکہ اس کی مدافعت رضائے الٰہی کے لئے ہو، محض جاہلی عصبیت، خالص قومیت اور جاہلی حمیت کی بنا پر نہ ہو۔
شہادت کا یہ حکم اس شخص کے لئے ہے جو: ۱-مسلمان ہو، ۲-عاقل ہو،۳-بالغ ہو، ۴-وہ کافروں کے ہاتھوں سے مارا جائے یا میدانِ جنگ میں مرا ہوا پایا جائے اور اس کے بدن پر قتل کے نشانات ہوں، یا ڈاکووٴں یا چوروں نے اس کو قتل کردیا ہو، یا وہ اپنی مدافعت کرتے ہوئے مارا جائے، یا کسی مسلمان نے اس کو آلہٴ جارحہ کے ساتھ ظلماً قتل کیا ہو۔

Blaming Musharraf for benizir bhutto’s murder is too much! his only mistake was downing Nawaz Sharif’s plane in 1999-2000! He may have been anti-democracy but not totally I think!

RAWALPINDI (Staff Report) – Police officials and personal security of former Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairperson Benazir Bhutto was not present on site when a blast rocked Rawalpindi’s Liaqat Bagh on December 27 in 2007, Benazir’s driver said in a statement with anti-terrorism court on Wednesday.
The driver appeared before Judge Rai Muhammad Ayub Marth while he was holding a hearing of the Benazir Bhutto murder case in Adiala Jail.
Javed-ur-Rehman, who was driving the car of former PPP head, further said Naheed Khan advised BB to open sunroof and wave hand to the charged supporters who had reached enough close to our vehicle in the absence of security personnel. BB’s personal security officer Major (retd.) Imtiaz also did not stop her to do so, he added. When PPP leader raised her head out of sunroof she was shot in her head immediately, Rehman told ATC judge.
According to his statement, the backup vehicle was also not present on the occasion, upon which he called the driver who told him that they had reached at Zardari House in Islamabad. PPP leaders Rehman Malik, Touqeer Zia and Babar Awan were on board in backup vehicle, he said.
The court was further informed that BB’s vehicle had gone out of order on way to hospital that is why PPP leader Sherry Rehman took her to hospital in her car.
The counsels of defense and prosecution have completed cross questioning from the driver .
Meanwhile the court summoned report from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding recorded statement of US journalist Mark Siegel.
In next hearing, the court has summoned prosecution’s witness Professor Azam Yousaf. The hearing was adjourned until September 14.Naheed Khan asked BB to open sunroof on December 27

I am always surprised
A main clues were 18th Oct 2007 Karsaz Blast , Never properly investigated
According to reliable reports a suicide attack was planned at Peshawar at public meeting but the attacker could not reach due to good control of Peshawar police , Later this was feared during Benazir’s road travel between Peshawar & Islamabad perhaps somewhere between Attock & HasanAbdal , Later it was almost confirm at Pindi Liaqat Bagh public meeting . During the meeting police threatened the party leaders to withdraw the security giving the reason that party is not acting on security advice . Soon the got the reason . Nawaz Shareef’s rally at Karal chowk (Airport Chowk) was attacked and police was immidialely shifted from Liaqat Bagh to that place and this way attackers got an easy opportunity .
I am surprised UN investigation team , Scotland Yard , FIA , our world famous agencies and police never touched this point . Even PML N whom many workers died in that day , never properly investigated that .

Facebook is not my source , I knew more than I wrote , but prove & confirmation is beyond my limits .It is not joke many knew more but many reasons stopped them , Anyone can receive a bullet or could be included in the list of missing person who dare to open his mouth .
