^ I saw that, but since PPP puts the blame of BB’s murder on Mushy, would PPP have the courage to own this responsibility or just deflect it to Rehman Malik himself? When BB was murdered why were people not putting blame on people directly responsible for security?

Sure. Basic responsibility goes to responsible for security.
In both cases Federal government and Punjab government are responsible
And in case of Shaheed BB some responsibility goes to Rehman Malik as security adviser and also leaving BB alone perhaps the reason that car under his use was bullet proof but not secure against big bomb blast.
