Its a genuine question, not an insult, but apparently and your friend “yazdi” have taken it to be somthing thst warrants an infarction. I dont see the contradiction. Even something symbolic has an impact, even to the extent that it gets people talking. Pocoico is saying its.not binding on any of the member states, because its essentially symbolic. But as I stated, and which you conveniently dismissed, was the point that symbolism has great meaning to those to whom it matters. And whats with the mullah comment?
